From starches, sweeteners, fibers, gluten-free flours and systems to plant proteins to fermentation-based proteins, she has led global technical teams and discovery platforms for multinational corporations and startups alike. A passionate sourdough baker and Rutgers Ph.D. graduate, she blends deep technical expertise with a commitment to develop creative food solutions.
